Website terms only

Client services, deliverables, service levels, and commercial terms are governed by the signed agreement for that engagement.

01

Agreement and scope

These Terms of Use apply whenever you access or use aprisot.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These are website terms, not a managed-services agreement. Any services Aprisot provides are governed by the proposal, statement of work, service agreement, data-processing terms, and service levels accepted for that engagement. Those signed terms take priority for the services they cover.

If you use the website for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation. In that case, “you” includes both you and the organisation.

02

Acceptable website use

You may use this website only for lawful business and informational purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You must not:

  • attempt to bypass security, gain unauthorised access, or probe the website or connected systems without written permission;
  • introduce malware, automate abusive requests, disrupt availability, or interfere with another visitor's use;
  • misrepresent your identity or submit information you are not authorised to share;
  • copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website except as permitted by law; or
  • use the website in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Aprisot may investigate suspected misuse, preserve relevant evidence, cooperate with lawful requests, and restrict or block access without notice where reasonably necessary to protect Aprisot, its clients, the website, or others.

03

Messages, submissions, and feedback

An enquiry or initial message does not create a confidential, advisory, fiduciary, or service relationship. Do not send credentials, security-sensitive material, personal information about others, or confidential business information unless Aprisot has agreed an appropriate channel and terms.

You confirm that information you submit is accurate, lawful, and yours to share. You remain responsible for it. Aprisot may retain and use communications as reasonably necessary to respond, protect its rights, maintain records, and operate its business in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

If you voluntarily provide non-confidential feedback or suggestions, you grant Aprisot a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, adapt, and incorporate them without restriction or payment, subject to applicable law.

04

Website information

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but service descriptions are general and may change. They are not a binding proposal, service commitment, warranty, or guarantee of a particular outcome.

Nothing on this website is legal, regulatory, insurance, financial, or incident-response advice for your specific circumstances. Decisions should be based on an assessment of your environment and an agreed scope of work.

You are responsible for independently evaluating website information before acting on it. Aprisot is not obliged to update, correct, or continue publishing any content unless applicable law requires it.

05

Security services and outcomes

Cybersecurity reduces risk; it cannot eliminate every threat. No technology provider can guarantee that a system will never fail, be interrupted, or be compromised. Specific controls, responsibilities, response targets, availability commitments, and remedies apply only when set out in a signed client agreement.

Website statements about security, resilience, response, or service capability are general descriptions, not guarantees, certifications, or commitments for any particular environment.

06

Intellectual property

The Aprisot name, logo, website design, copy, graphics, and other site materials are owned by Aprisot or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and make a reasonable internal copy of publicly accessible pages for evaluating Aprisot. No other licence is granted. Please obtain written permission before reproducing, modifying, distributing, or using site material commercially.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Nothing permits use of Aprisot's name, logo, branding, or materials in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

07

Third-party services and links

The website may occasionally refer or link to third-party websites, products, or services. Aprisot does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, acts, or omissions. A reference is not an endorsement, and you use third-party services at your own risk and under their own terms.

08

Availability and changes

Aprisot may monitor, update, restrict, suspend, or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice. Aprisot does not promise that access will be continuous, timely, secure, compatible, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Aprisot is not responsible for an interruption, restriction, content change, technical failure, or loss caused by maintenance, third parties, events beyond its reasonable control, or action taken to protect systems and users.

09

Disclaimer and responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express, implied, statutory, or other warranty. Aprisot disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, security, non-infringement, merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aprisot and its personnel are not liable for loss or damage arising from access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website; communications sent through it; third-party content; malicious code; or unauthorised access. This includes loss of profit, revenue, savings, business, opportunity, goodwill, or data, and any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss.

Where liability for a website-only matter cannot be excluded, Aprisot's total aggregate liability is limited to the amount, if any, you paid Aprisot specifically for access to this website during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits obligations expressly accepted in a signed client agreement.

10

Your responsibility to Aprisot

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless Aprisot and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, unlawful or unauthorised use of the website, information you submit, infringement of another person's rights, or unauthorised security testing or interference.

Aprisot may control the defence and settlement of a covered claim. You will provide reasonable cooperation and must not agree a settlement that imposes an obligation, admission, or liability on Aprisot without Aprisot's prior written consent.

11

Applicable terms and disputes

Service-related disputes are handled under the governing-law and dispute provisions in the applicable signed agreement. For matters relating only to use of this website, these terms are interpreted under applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights or rules that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your access and conduct. Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy, and our use of device storage is explained in the Cookie Notice.

If one part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. A delay or failure by Aprisot to enforce a term does not waive it. Aprisot may seek urgent or injunctive relief where reasonably necessary to protect its systems, intellectual property, confidential information, or legal rights.

12

Changes, assignment, and contact

Aprisot may revise these terms at any time. Unless prior notice is required by law, revised terms apply from the effective date shown at the top. Your continued use after that date confirms acceptance of the revised terms.

Aprisot may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these terms as part of a financing, reorganisation, sale, or transfer of its business or assets. You may not assign or transfer your rights without Aprisot's prior written consent. These terms do not create a partnership, agency, employment, or third-party beneficiary relationship.

These terms are the entire agreement for website use, but do not replace any signed agreement governing Aprisot services.
